You must first register as a member of the Phoenix Cotillion before attending this event.
Please note: The 22 Members of The Phoenix Cotillion Board voted to require floor length formal gowns for the Holiday Dinner Dance as it is a formal occasion. Guests will not be admitted without appropriate attire - formal floor length gowns for members and suits or tuxedos for escorts. Please plan accordingly and thank you in advance for honoring thise request.
